Bio4HUMAN survey – identification of needs of the humanitarian sector in Solid Waste Management, 15/05/2024

Many humanitarian organizations work on making their aid greener, which also includes using eco-friendly packaging materials and/or bio-based solutions for solid waste management (SWM). The Bio4HUMAN project, funded by Horizon Europe programme and implemented by a consortium of 10 partners (People in Need (PIN) and Polish Humanitarian Action (PAH) representing the humanitarian sector) works on providing sustainable bio-based theoretical solutions for SWM with potential application to and suitable for humanitarian sector purposes. To ensure that it reflects the needs and interests the humanitarian community, we would like to ask a representative of your organisation whose agenda covers (sustainable) solid waste management (e.g. logistics/sustainable supply chain coordinator, Head of Programmes, WASH manager) to spent 15 – 20 minutes on this brief questionnaire.
