The WREC Project will hold a Waste Management Global Information session on October 17th at 3-4.30 pm CEST to discuss the waste that cannot be designed out nor recovered in humanitarian operations. Which are the minimum environmental standards to apply, and which waste management options are available in humanitarian settings? They would like to hear from the logistics partners, donors, and other key stakeholders on how to approach the challenge of waste in humanitarian emergencies.
