The WREC’s Circular Product Purchasing Tool is designed to encourage requestors to incorporate environmentally sustainable considerations into the tendering process for goods with the support of procurement. The tool should act as a guide to quickly identify key areas that should be assessed when defining product specifications. The tool will also support the functions involved to have more effective conversations with their suppliers when looking for alternative environmentally sustainable solutions.
