Sustainable Purchasing WG | Sustainable Procurement Criteria Database and presentation workshop

In September, the REH Sustainable Procurement working group will publish an updated version of the Sustainable Procurement Criteria Database (SPCD), a tool designed to support the implementation of a sustainable procurement strategy in the field. This tool offers a list of sustainable procurement criteria (environmental and social criteria) on 30 goods and service categories and is available in English, French, and Spanish. The objective of the tool is to be collaborative and it will be adjusted and updated upon receiving user recommendations and feedback.
A workshop in English will be held on 26 September 2023, from 2pm to 3.30pm, in coordination with WREC, to present the tool and learn how to use it. Register here. The tool will be sent before the session to those who have registered!

On the agenda:
1. Presentation of the project’s scope, the tool, provide instructions on how to use it (20min)
2. Interactive part (50 min): case study exercises utilizing breakout sessions to research sustainable criteria’s and opportunity for participants to test the tool
3. Participants feedbacks on the tool and conclusion (20min)
