Humanitarian logistics networks have come together to work on a Call to Action: ‘A framework for the future: reducing the carbon footprint of humanitarian aid’. This document from the WREC outlines what humanitarians need from donors, the private sector and governmental bodies to effectively reduce the greenhouse gas emissions associated with supply chain humanitarian operations. The final version will be presented in occasion of a panel discussion hosted by the International Humanitarian City in Dubai at the UNFCCC COP28.
